The Seguin Institutional Development Site consists of approximately 21.2 acres in the high-growth, Central Texas suburb of Seguin.
The site is located just off Interstate 10, 25 miles east of San Antonio. Additionally, the site is 30 minutes from New Braunfels and less than an hour commute to Austin.
The site is shovel-ready, and there are currently plans in place for 330 multifamily units with a low-density site plan (15.6 units per acre).
Seguin has experienced a 19.1% increase in population since 2020, and since then there have only been three new apartments built.
