CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, Oct. 23, 2017 – Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI) announces the sale of Crosswinds, a 176-unit apartment complex in Corpus Christi, Texas.
