William Hubbard First Vice President

William Hubbard is a First Vice President in the Dallas office of Institutional Property Advisors (IPA).  He represents institutional and private clients across the country investing specifically in multifamily product in the Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding North Texas markets. William is well versed in the disposition process of tax credit, loan assumptions, and traditional deal structures amongst various property vintages and investment strategies. 

Prior to joining IPA, William held a First Vice President position at CBRE on their multifamily investment sale team. Throughout his career, he has successfully executed nearly 70 transactions in excess of $1.2 billion in total capitalization.

William is a Dallas native and a graduate of Virginia Military Institute (VMI) with a Business and Economics degree. Outside of the office, he spends his time outdoors by hunting, fishing, golfing, and traveling. William resides in Dallas with his wife, Kaite.
