Travis Stymiest is a Financial Analyst for IPA Texas and joined the team in 2025. Mr. Stymiest assists in financial analysis and the production of marketing materials. He also aids in the research and tracking of the Texas markets and prepares updated market information for clients, including the current statistics and trends that are actively occurring in the Texas multifamily markets

Mr. Stymiest holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in Urban Studies from the University of Texas at Austin, along with a minor in Business from the McCombs School of Business. Prior to IPA, Travis worked for CBRE, focused on the DFW industrial market, and Cushman & Wakefield, focused on multifamily investment sales. In his free time, Travis enjoys traveling, being on the lake, playing golf, spending time with friends and family, the Texas Longhorns, and the Dallas Stars.
