Taylor Hill is a Senior Managing Director at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) and is responsible for multifamily asset dispositions in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. Since 2010, Mr. Hill has been involved in more than $12 billion in multifamily transactions. He specializes in the marketing and disposition of multifamily assets throughout DFW with experience working with clients on investment strategy, transaction management, and financial structuring. Mr. Hill has spent his entire career in commercial real estate building relationships with private capital and institutional investors.

Prior to joining IPA, Mr. Hill spent almost 6 years at Berkadia Real Estate Advisors where he facilitated more than $2.1 billion in sales transactions for institutional and private capital clients. Prior to Berkadia, Mr. Hill spent more than 5 years with Marcus & Millichap where he was responsible for all aspects of underwriting and analysis as well as executing all stages of a transaction. While at Marcus & Millichap he was involved in the successful disposition of more than 15,000 units exceeding $1.2 billion in transaction volume.

Mr. Hill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and he is a member of the Emerging Leaders of The National Multi Housing Council. In 2020, Mr. Hill was recognized as a Next Generation Award winner by Connect Media.

Mr. Hill and his wife reside in Dallas with their three children.
