Taylor Hill is a Senior Managing Director at Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) and is responsible for multifamily asset dispositions in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Since 2008, Mr. Hill has been involved in more than $15 billion in multifamily transactions. He specializes in the marketing and disposition of multifamily assets throughout North Texas with experience working with clients on core, core-plus, and value-add strategies. Mr. Hill has spent his entire career in commercial real estate building relationships with private capital and institutional clients.

Prior to joining IPA, Mr. Hill spent almost 6 years at Berkadia Real Estate Advisors where he facilitated more than $2.5 billion in sales transactions for institutional and private capital clients . Prior to Berkadia, Mr. Hill spent more than 5 years with Marcus & Millichap where he was responsible for all aspects of underwriting and analysis as well as executing all stages of a transaction.

Mr. Hill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and he is a member of the Emerging Leaders of The National Multi Housing Council. In 2020, Mr. Hill was recognized as a Next Generation Award winner by Connect Media.
