Stephen Holmes is a Financial Analyst for IPA Texas and joined the team in 2024. Mr. Holmes assists in financial analysis and the production of marketing materials. He also aids in the research and tracking of the Texas markets and prepares updated market information for clients, including the current statistics and trends that are actively occurring in the Texas multifamily markets.

Mr. Holmes holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Texas A&M University. Prior to IPA, Stephen worked for Lennar Multifamily Communities focused on Property Management efficiency and vendor relations.  In his free time, Stephen enjoys running, skiing, socializing around town with friends and spending time at the lake with family.
