Shelby Clark is an Associate for Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) and she focuses on institutional and private investment sales in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Shelby joined the IPA Texas team in June of 2023 and is a valuable member of the team by aiding in asset marketing and valuation across multiple apartment segments.
Shelby was born and raised in Houston and moved to Dallas following her graduation in May of 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Professional Selling and Management from Baylor University and was a part of the #1 sales program in the country. She frequently goes back to Waco for Baylor football and basketball games to cheer on the bears.
In her free time, Shelby enjoys spending time getting to know Dallas more by trying new restaurants and visiting local Dallas spots.
