Sara Zuniga Elmore is a Transaction Coordinator with the Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) Texas team. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a Minor in Business from Southern Methodist University in 2019.

Prior to joining IPA, Sara spent five years as a marketing professional in the healthcare industry, where she developed a strong foundation in strategic communication and brand development —skills she now leverages in her role within commercial real estate.

In her personal time, Sara enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Jake, and their dogs, Olive and Roman.
