Lance Phillips is the Business Operations Manager for IPA Texas, where he has been a valuable member of the team since 2014. With a strong background in real estate, Lance is responsible for overseeing the back office, OM production, financial analysis, and market research. He is committed to providing exceptional service to clients, which is his top priority.

Lance’s dedication to the growth of the team is also a key aspect of his role, as he aims to facilitate their professional development. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of North Texas, which has equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in his position.

In addition to his extensive experience in business operations, Lance is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Texas. This enhances his ability to provide insightful analysis and guidance to the team and clients.

In his free time, Lance enjoys playing the piano, traveling to the mountains or beach, and spending time with his wife and children.
