Katy Palasek is an Executive Assistant for Will Balthrope and joined IPA Texas in 2023. Her responsibilities include communication to clients and team members on Will’s behalf, scheduling meetings, conference calls, travel planning, personal finance and bookkeeping. Mrs. Palasek also assists the IPA Texas team with vendor invoicing, communication database management and special projects.
Mrs. Palasek studied Business Management at Navarro College. Beyond her professional pursuits, she nurtures a fulfilling personal life as a dedicated wife and mother to three boys. In her free time, she channels her passion for travel into serving as an enthusiastic travel agent, enriching the experiences of others with her expertise.
