Jordan Featherston is a Senior Associate for Institutional Property Advisors with a focus on private and institutional apartment transactions throughout the Austin and San Antonio markets.

Mr. Featherston has closed over 10,000 units, which equivalates to over $1Billion in multifamily investment transactions throughout the state.

Jordan was named the 2017 CoStar Power Broker Award Winner in the Austin market. The award was based on overall transaction volume in 2017 and measured against all the active commercial real estate brokers in the Austin market. CoStar is the largest research organization serving commercial real estate.

Prior to joining the IPA team, Jordan worked in various facets of the construction business including business development, project management, and sales. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in Texas.
