Jack Windham is an Associate for Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) and joined the IPA Texas team in 2022. Mr. Windham focuses on institutional and private investment sales in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and assists in the financial analysis and production of marketing materials. Jack also assists in research for the Texas multifamily market and provides clients with statistical information and trends.
Mr. Windham holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Finance with a Real Estate Concentration from Southern Methodist University. Jack enjoys golf, live music, football, wake surfing, and spending time with friends/family.
