Jackson Hart is an Associate for Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) with a focus on institutional and private investment sales across the Houston MSA. Jackson joined the IPA Texas team in 2021 & has assisted with the sale of nearly $1.5 billion is total asset volume. Jackson is responsible for business development, asset valuation, & strategic marketing executions across multiple apartment segments, including core, core-plus and value-add.
Prior to joining IPA, Jackson held roles in research, brokerage, & valuations with CBRE & holds a Business Degree from Auburn University from which he graduated in 2015. Outside of work, Jackson enjoys golf, movies, and cooking. He and his wife, Alexandra reside in Southwest Houston with their son, Scottie.
