Dylan Garber is a Financial Analyst for IPA Texas and joined the team in 2024. Mr. Garber assists in financial analysis and the production of marketing materials. He also aids in the research and tracking of the Texas markets and prepares updated marketing information for clients, including current trends and statistics actively arising in the Texas multifamily markets.

Mr. Garber holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management and a Master of Real Estate degree from Texas A&M University. Dylan enjoys the outdoors, playing golf, the Dallas Cowboys, live music, and spending time with friends/family.
