Cameron Purse is an Associate for Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) with a focus on institutional and private investment sales in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Mr. Purse joined the IPA Texas team in 2017 as an analyst, and since that time, has assisted with the sale of over $15 billion of real property. Mr. Purse specializes in asset valuation and marketing across multiple apartment segments, including core, core-plus and value-add.

Mr. Purse holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Southern Methodist University (SMU). He also holds an MBA from SMU, where he graduated with high honors with concentrations in finance & real estate. Cameron enjoys staying involved with SMU’s Folsom Institute of Real Estate and has taught real estate valuations case studies as a guest lecture for the MBA program. When not in the office, Cameron can be found spending time with friends and family, playing golf, and traveling.

Cameron and his wife, Megan, reside in Uptown Dallas with their daughter, Eleanor (“Lenny”), and black Labrador Retriever, Hudson.
